19.You and we acknowledge and agree that the relevant Operator, and that Operator’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use, that Operator will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
